Where do you travel?
Coastal A serves the Grand Strand and surrounding areas, with travel available for select events outside the area. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location and bar setup selected.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event date and venue. Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not officially reserved until the required booking retainer and agreement are completed.
How do I reserve my date?
Once your event details are confirmed, you’ll receive your personalized quote and booking information. A signed agreement and 30% non-refundable booking retainer are required to officially secure your date.
Can you bartend at a venue that already has a bar?
Yes! If your venue already has a bar, Coastal A can provide professional bartending service without bringing one of our bar setups. We’ll customize your package around what the venue already provides.
Can I use the satellite bar instead of the mobile trailer?
Yes. Our handcrafted satellite bar is a beautiful portable option for venues where the mobile bar is not needed or cannot be accommodated. Availability depends on your event date and location.
How many bartenders will I need?
